- Return/ refund can only be made for items purchased through www.borninbali.com and products purchased cannot be refunded/ exchanged in any store.

- Purchase with credit/debit card: any credit will be refunded to the card used.

In terms of return products that are not broken, we have the discretion to decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the Products and / or we may require you to pay for all shipping fees and services in accordance with the standard cost and other costs for credit or debit card, or payment details you provide to us when you make your order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible to you for any loss, liability, damage costs, or other expenses.

SHIPPINGS
We work with FedEx International Priority courier service which ensures your order will be delivered in between 3-5 days after is dispatched from our warehouse in Bali.
Please note all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Your local customs authorities establish the limits for duty-free packages. BIB will not be held liable for any fee, duties and taxes which may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made.
